The nearest subway stop is Canal Street on the N, R Trains; and Canal Street on the A, C, and E Trains.

Also the 6 Train at Spring St is near the gallery.

From N, R Trains: get off train at Canal Street, walk north on Broadway about two blocks to Grand Street, turn left and walk to Greene Street, turn right and walk about halfway up the block.

From A, C, E Trains: get off train at Canal Street, walk east on Canal Street two blocks to Greene Street and turn left and walk one and half blocks.

From 6 Train: get off train at Spring Street, walk west on Spring Street to Broadway; turn left and walk south on Broadway to Broome St.; turn right and walk west on Broome Street to Greene Sreet. Turn left and south about half a block.

If you are driving into Manhattan from the Holland Tunnel, driving west on Canal Street: make a left onto West Broadway. Drive one block north to Grand Street, make a right and drive two blocks to Greene Street, make a left and drive halfway up the block. The Painting Center is on the right hand side, building #52 on the second floor.
