Pat Cashin

Artist Statment

“In my work the exposure is one of sensibility, rather than of literal imagistic intent, engaging the viewer in its meaning rather than declaring it. They are not about something but about the process of painting the unseen. My paintings grow, not in my head, but on the canvas.”
