Artist Statement
I am a painter, collage-maker, potter and paper-maker.

My creative process is one of exploration and expression of the Self. I paint from my spirit, my life, my heart, my memories and my impressions.

I am endlessly fascinated by the earth’s beauty — the power, the stillness, the rawness, the abstractness, the seemingly irregularity and perfection. I am continually in awe and inspired by Nature — my guide and muse.

My affinity for color and texture are evident in a body of work that shouts with life, urgency, anticipation and new beginnings.
