Russell Roberts is currently working and living in New York and Boston. He graduated from Vassar College, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and received and an MFA from Boston University in 1995. He received a Guggenheim Fellowship in painting in 1997. His work has been included in group exhibitions at the Nielsen Gallery, the Danforth Museum and group exhibitions in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. In 2001, Roberts had a one person show at the Sherman Gallery at Boston University and at the Farrell Pollock Gallery in Brooklyn.
