Mona Brody is an artist who generates imagery from found, made, or gifted objects. Evocative objects act as emotional and intellectual companions that anchor memory and sustain new ideas; the expressive and physical nature of materials transmutes the personal into the ambiguous. What is immediately visible is the simultaneous likeness and unlikeness.

Brody has exhibited extensively in the United States and internationally.
