“My Interest in art began at the age of eighteen with photography. I have advanced my creative practice through workshops, university courses, private mentoring and self-study. As a psychotherapist I encouraged expression through art. Since retiring I am in my studio full-time.”
“I admire the Impressionists and Abstract Expressionists. My influences include, but are not limited to, Monet, O’Keeffe, Turner, Inness, Rothko, Frankenthaler and Jane Wilson. Working in oil and cold wax as well as acrylic I relish the happy accidents which are always such an inspiration to me.”
