Tubach's work has been exhibited internationally and throughout the U.S., including the Coastal Discovery Museum, a Smithsonian Affiliate. Recent research includes the Bajo el Olivo International Creative Arts Residency in Spain. Her paintings are in several permanent collections, including The Dollar Tree Corporation, the US Department of State, and others.

"My paintings explore the health and illness of marine environments and other spaces, through a blend of documentation and invention. Central to my process is my service as a fieldwork volunteer: I have surveyed coral reefs, collected intertidal invertebrates and most recently, tagged sharks, as a part of this effort. Ultimately, my paintings are quiet calls to action to protect these irreplaceable ecologies."
