Katie Jurkiewicz
Katie Jurkiewicz is an artist and landscape painter from New Britain, CT, USA. She's a graduate of Trinity College (Hartford, CT) and has an MFA from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Her other day job is as a freelance graphic and web designer.
“I love the feeling of being immersed in nature. My paintings are life size in scale – monumental landscape works that surround the viewer completely. I mix in natural patterns and intense color relationships on giant unstretched canvas.”
