Browne was born in Hempstead, New York. He was introduced to the arts at the Maryland Summer Center for the Arts. He attended Salisbury University receiving a BA in 2-D Studio then his MFA from Pratt Institute. He has been included in numerous group shows and different solo shows.

“My work would be described as realism though it is also deeply rooted in narrative ideas.  Using portraiture and landscapes to convey thoughts about the space and people to question what is could be happening. I am creating a cinematic views of the subject matter similar to electronic media platforms.”
